AI Rescue Desk Terms of Service
1. What AI Rescue Desk is
AI Rescue Desk helps people whose AI-built apps are broken. We work with apps built using Lovable, Bolt, Replit, v0, Claude Code, Claude artifacts, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Google Antigravity, and other tools, as long as we can read the code (usually in a GitHub repository, or as an uploaded file).
Our team uses AI-assisted tools to investigate your issue. A person at Profit Hawks LLC reviews and approves every diagnosis or fix before it is sent to you.
2. Services and prices
| Tier | Price | What you get | Availability |
|---|---|---|---|
| Diagnosis | $19 per ticket | The root cause of one bug in plain English, plus step-by-step fix instructions you can paste into your AI tool. | Available now |
| Fix | $49 per ticket | Everything in Diagnosis, plus a minimal, tested fix for that one bug, delivered as a GitHub pull request. | Coming soon. Not yet offered. |
Prices are in US dollars and are paid up front through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices don't include any taxes that may apply.
3. Scope: one bug per ticket
- Each ticket covers one specific bug: one thing that isn't working as you expect.
- If we find more than one problem, we fix or diagnose only the one you reported. We may list the others separately, and you can open a new ticket for each.
- Not covered: new features, redesigns, performance tuning that isn't tied to a specific bug, ongoing maintenance, data recovery, problems caused by third-party services or outages we can't see, and apps whose code we can't access.
- If your issue is out of scope or is really several bugs, we'll tell you before doing more work. You can then narrow the request or get a full refund.
4. What you need to give us
To start, we need: your email, the tool you used, a link to your repository (or the uploaded file/artifact), what you expected to happen, what actually happens, the exact error message, where it breaks, and your consent to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Screenshots help.
Code access is read-only. For GitHub projects, invite profitSwim7 as a read-only collaborator. You can revoke access at any time.
We will never ask for your passwords, hosting or platform logins, payment keys, or API keys. Please don't send them. If you send them by mistake, we won't use them, and we recommend you rotate them.
5. Turnaround
We aim to deliver within 24 hours after we've received your payment and everything listed in Section 4. The 24 hours are calendar hours, seven days a week. If something is missing, we'll tell you, and the clock starts once it arrives.
6. Our guarantee and refunds
- An answer in 24 hours, or a full refund. If we can't diagnose your bug, or we miss the 24-hour turnaround after receiving everything we need, or the issue is out of scope and you'd rather not continue, you get a full refund.
- A diagnosis we have delivered is not refundable just because you decided not to apply the fix, because you are unhappy with the answer, or because the steps didn't work after you changed the code in other ways.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. They usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- To request a refund, reply to your ticket email or contact ken@profithawks.com within 14 days of purchase.
- Every refund is reviewed and approved by Profit Hawks LLC staff.
7. Your code and your secrets
- You keep all rights to your code. We use it only to work on your ticket.
- If we find secrets (API keys, tokens, passwords) in your code, we will not use, copy, or test with them. We use dummy values instead and tell you so you can rotate them.
- Each ticket's materials are kept separate. We delete your code within 7 days of your ticket closing. See the Privacy Policy.
- We never publish your code or anything that identifies you. We may describe common bug patterns in a fully anonymized form, for example in guides or blog posts.
8. Your responsibilities
- You confirm that you own the code or have permission to share it with us.
- You're responsible for backing up your project and for reviewing any change before you apply or merge it.
- You're responsible for rotating any exposed credentials we flag.
9. No warranty; limitation of liability
Our diagnoses and fixes are given in good faith based on the code and information you provide. Software is complex, so we can't promise that your app will be free of other bugs. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any ticket is limited to the amount you paid for that ticket, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits or lost data.
10. Acceptable use
We may decline any request involving illegal activity, malware, bypassing security or licensing, or violating someone else's rights. If we decline, we give a full refund.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you buy applies to that ticket.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
